EPL Solutions began in 2007 as a small-scale manufacturing business and repair shop in Orange, California. Specializing in diagnostic tools, we quickly earned a reputation for durable craftsmanship and personal service that built lasting trust with professional plumbers.

After five years of growth driven almost entirely by word-of-mouth, we moved into a larger facility and expanded to offer comprehensive equipment support to contractors across the region.

John Bartucciotto has worked in the plumbing industry for over 35 years — beginning as a journeyman plumber, owning his own subcontracting company, and eventually transitioning into innovation. His refusal to accept a solution that was merely “good enough” became the foundation of EPL Solutions.

John brings a depth of knowledge built from decades in the field. But what truly sets EPL apart isn’t the credential — it’s the willingness to share it. John built a company where expertise flows outward, empowering every plumber who walks through the door to do better work and build a stronger business.
