Every drain cleaner has had the day where something goes into the line and doesn’t come back out — a chain that lets go mid-run, a cable head from whoever worked the line before you, debris sitting in a low spot that needs to come toward the cleanout instead of heading downstream. On residential jobs in aging cast iron and clay, that usually means a decision between fishing for it and opening up the floor. On commercial and multi-unit work, pushing that material downstream isn’t a fix at all — it’s the same call again in a month, on a shared main you don’t control, with more people affected.
The Retrieval Hook gives you a third option: go get it. It grabs debris, broken cables, lost chains, and most anything else that needs to come back the way it went in. Sized for 3″ lines and up, with limited use in 2″.
