Description
What it is
The SpeedCut® Mini+ Wheels is a powerful, compact descaler built to make the most of every dollar you put into it. It runs the same genuine SpeedShaft® cable and adjustable clutch as the rest of the line, with a sturdy metal, self-serviceable design made to work hard for years — no sending it out for repairs. For 2"–6" pipe it takes on root cutting, cast iron descaling, liner work, and solid blockages, with fast attachment changes to match the job. It's a full, capable package for the value spent — and because it's set on a durable frame that can be wheeled around, you roll it to the cleanout, load it in and out of the truck with ease, and run it upright or on its side however the job site allows.
What makes it different

SpeedConnector
Swap chain knockers, brushes, and other attachments in seconds. Watch it snap into place. Snap, lock, go.

Rolls where you need it
Built on a durable frame that can be wheeled around, so you roll it to the cleanout instead of carrying it. The compact cart loads in and out of the truck easily, and runs upright or on its side to fit the space you're working in.

Rotating Flex Ring Drum
Same rotating Flex Ring Drum as the Pro — it spins within the frame for easier cable feed and retrieve. Built from stainless steel and aluminum, so it resists wear and job-site abuse.

Dial in the right speed
Normal descaler speed runs about 1,500 RPM; step up to SpeedCut speed at 2,500 RPM+ when the job calls for it. Smooth control the whole way.

Adjustable clutch — self-serviceable
A physical, adjustable clutch you can set and service yourself in the field — no sending it out, no waiting. And most repairs can be done in the field without a specialist, keeping the machine on the job instead of in a shop.

Built-in power cord
The power cord wraps and stores right on the cart frame, so there's nothing loose to misplace between jobs.
The SpeedShaft® Difference
Ask anyone who runs high-speed descaling equipment and they'll tell you the cable is what they worry about — it's the part that takes the punishment and, on most machines, the part that gives out first. That's exactly the problem we set out to solve. The SpeedShaft® is a custom, purpose-built high-speed descaling cable, engineered from the ground up to take the real-world abuse our customers put it through — job after job, year after year.

Fast, reliable tool changes
Swap chain knockers, brushes, and tools in seconds with the spring-loaded SpeedConnector. Preset your chain sizes on separate leaders and switch between them on the fly — fast, repeatable, and reliable, pass after pass.

Set screws don't wear out your cable
On a traditional flexible shaft, the set screw bites into the cable and wears a weak spot that eventually fails right where it's clamped. Not so with the SpeedShaft®. Run tools directly and the cable holds up — the set screws are a normal wear item you swap over time, but they don't chew up your SpeedShaft®. And because the leaders are made from the same cable as the base length, they take that same abuse without wearing down.

Anti-flip SpeedShaft® cable
The SpeedShaft® is a custom, purpose-built high-speed descaling cable. Its anti-flip design resists the torque-induced flipping and kinking that plague ordinary flex shafts, for cleaner, more controlled cutting.

More range, no give in strength
The SpeedShaft® works across a wide pipe range — 2" all the way to 8" on the Pro, and 2" to 6" on the Mini+, Mini+ Wheels, or off a drill with extensions — while staying strong the whole way. One versatile cable instead of swapping to a heavier setup for bigger lines.

Serviceable — in the field or by us
When a cable takes a beating, you're not stuck. Most SpeedShaft® repairs can be done right in the field to keep you working — and when you'd rather leave it to us, send it in and we'll take care of it. Either way, you're back on the job fast.

Frequently asked questions
How is the Mini+ Wheels different from the Mini+?
They're the same machine functionally — same 2"–6" pipe range, same durable metal build, self-serviceable adjustable clutch, and genuine SpeedShaft® cable. The Wheels model sets it on a durable frame that can be wheeled around, with a built-in power cord that stores on the cart. If you'd rather roll the machine to the cleanout and load it easily in and out of the truck, the Wheels model is the one.
What size pipe does it handle?
2" to 6" pipe — root cutting, descaling, liner work, and clearing solid blockages.
How far can it reach?
It ships with 75 ft of SpeedShaft® cable on the drum and reaches up to 125 ft with extensions (100 ft recommended).
Can it run on its side?
Yes. The frame is built so the machine runs upright or on its side, so you can set it up the way the job site allows.
What's the adjustable clutch?
It's a physical, adjustable clutch you set with a 7/64" Allen key and service yourself right in the field — no specialist and no sending the machine out. On a machine with a physical clutch like this, the faster you spin, the less reaction time before the clutch activates, so speed management is about ease of operation. Chain size is what's critical on every job.
Can I service it myself?
Yes. The adjustable clutch is self-serviceable and most repairs can be done in the field without a specialist.
Is the SpeedShaft® a standard sewer machine cable?
No. The SpeedShaft® is a custom, purpose-built high-speed descaling cable — people often mistake it for a traditional sewer machine cable, but it isn't one and isn't interchangeable with one. The 3/8"(10mm) size is a standard high-speed drain cleaning tooling size, so your tooling is interchangeable, but the cable itself is purpose-built.
Where do I find the manual and support videos?
Everything for the SpeedCut® line lives on our Resources & Support page — user manuals, how-to videos, and guides. The Mini+ Wheels manual is at epls-usa.com/m/mini-wheels.
What's the warranty?
1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing is available.
Do you ship, and what are lead times?
Yes. As long as we have the parts in stock, we normally ship the same day or the following day. Larger items that require freight shipping can take a little longer. Lead times are subject to change — give us a call for a current estimate.
